WKD GI JOE

ABOUT

WKD GI Joe, or Dude as he is known at home is an incredible 148 pony who has flown a little under the radar. A previous qualifier for Dublin and Millstreet for the 6 & 7 year old classes, when he won the 6 year old section ,this cool pony has jumped up to top level and previously was placed in the 148 classes at HOYS and qualified for the pony showjumper of the year at Olympia. He was also a member of a winning home pony team for England. Due to a lack of rider for the bigger classes he has just been jumping the lower levels up to 120 this last year but he easily jumps 135 plus at home with a capable rider. He is forward going in the ring and has the stride of his horse breeding background, with a front end technique to die for. He is sweet and kind to work around at home, with a lovely nature and easy to hack on the roads etc. We would love to see him go to a professional home where his talent can be realised as we feel he has not had the proper chance to realise his full potential so far and has a long way still to go , possibly as a european championship contender. He is the type of talented, brave 148 pony which is extremely hard to find and put into a correct training schedule in a professional setting he will be an incredible pony for any lucky, competitive child. When bored he has been seen to crib bite.
